LOOKING FOR PASSES? FOLLOW THESE STEPS...

1. Select Join Waitlist from an available Wristband, Lodging Package and Add-On option. At this time GA Wristbands are the best chance at a fulfilled order.
2. Enter payment information and pay a refundable deposit of $5 for each item per Waitlist order
   
3. If / When an order is fulfilled, your card will automatically be charged for the remaining amount and you will be sent an email from AXS
4. If the requested passes do not become available and an order cannot be fulfilled, the deposit will be refunded in full within 7-10 business days after the festival has passed

EXCHANGE PURCHASE NOTES...

• Pricing is dynamic and reflects current market conditions
• If inventory becomes available and your order can be fulfilled, your deposit will apply to the order and your card will automatically be charged for the remaining amount
  
• You may cancel your waitlist request at any time by signing in to your Fan Account here.

LOOKING TO RETURN PASSES? FOLLOW THESE STEPS...

1. Log in to your Electric Forest AXS Fan Account
2. Navigate to “Your Tickets” and select the Electric Forest order with the passes to be sold
3. Click Return then Get Started to confirm that your passes are eligible for sales
4. Check the box next to each Wristband, Lodging Package or Add-On you would like to offer for sale
5. Follow the prompts to complete the return request.
6. Once confirmed, selected passes will be offered to fans on the Waitlist.
7. Allow 24 - 48 hours for any return to be processed.
8. Passes sold will be paid out within 7 - 10 business days.

Note: You must use the dedicated Electric Forest Fan Account link to access Wristbands.

EXCHANGE SALES NOTES...

• Pricing is dynamic and reflects current market conditions
• Only full orders will be completed, so consider creating separate Waitlist orders for each pass type desired
• Passes with an outstanding payment plan cannot be sold on the exchange - reach out to AXS support to complete any ongoing Layaway Payment Plans.
• After a Payment Plan is paid in full, please allow 5-7 days for passes to become eligible for sale on the exchange
• Some Passes may be sold after being shipped and received by the original purchaser - in this case, note that all originally purchased and shipped Wristbands and Add-Ons will be canceled when sold.
• All returns are final.
